Can we meet online?

Spiritual Coaching sessions and Meditation & Dharma check-ins are available in person or by virtual meeting. Use the contact form to discuss a time and format.

What is a Dharma Check-In?

A Dharma Check-In is one-to-one conversation about meditation and spiritual practice with Rebecca Nie. Sessions generally last 30–45 minutes.

Are there lower-cost ways to participate?

Community meditation is donation-based, and Yoga on the Lawn uses a sliding scale for payment. You can also ask Dharma Alive Incubator about scholarship opportunities.

How do I book a session?
